"What volume/cookbook should I start with?"
Great question! You could really start with any volume, but I usually recommend starting with either Volume 1, Cooking with Joy (volumes 1-5 in one big book!), Simply Delicious 2 a 14 day meal plan, the Batch Cooking Made Easy 1,2, or the Fit, Slim, and Healthy 4 Week Meal and Workout Planner.
These each have great starting and foundational recipes.
