"What volume/cookbook should I start with?"

Great question! You could really start with any volume, but I usually recommend starting with either Volume 1, Cooking with Joy (volumes 1-5 in one big book!), Simply Delicious 2 a 14 day meal plan, the Batch Cooking Made Easy 1,2, or the Fit, Slim, and Healthy 4 Week Meal and Workout Planner.

These each have great starting and foundational recipes.

Where to start?





With 20+ cookbooks to pick from it can feel overwhelming! And I get asked the question often "What volume should I start with?" which is like asking a mom to pick their favorite child. But good news for you I have a few volumes that I usually recommend starting with (even though you can start with any volume).



Volume 1



Volume 1 has 59 recipes including home made taco seasoning, my go to oatmeal, chickpea blondies, soup, roasted veggies, pizza, and more. A perfect place to get you started.

Cooking with Joy is a great place to start as it contains volumes 1-5 in one big book! With over 300 recipes, you will never feel like your missing out on delicious foods or get bored with the no sugar and no flour life.

Batch Cooking Made Easy volume 1 or 2 makes life even easier with the same effort and time of making one single recipe you can make 4-10 servings! For easy freezer grab and go meals. I did all the math and calculating for you to make batch cooking easy.

Whole Food plant based, vegan volume 3



If you don't eat dairy, meat, oils, animal products, are vegan, vegetarian, or WFPB, this is the perfect volume for you! I have taken all of the WFPB, Vegan recipes from my volumes 10-15 and put them into one book just for you!! WFPB, Vegan volume 3 is the largest of the WFPB, Vegan volumes.
