"Another Bright Line meal that was simply delish. Tried Natalie's Quinoa Crisps recipe. Topped with Guac and tomatoes but I'm going to try a fun bruchetta next time with a little oil, balsamic vinegar, tomato and mushrooms. So many options... So not a diet.. and so incredibly healthy. I've found a love for cooking again. And it's food my family eats and actually... they don't believe its "diet" food. I have to remind myself that it's not a diet."

"Gosh I love this recipe so much. It is so good. My family ordered takeout pizza tonight and I made mine and ate it and didn't feel deprived at all! I switched it up and added more cheese and no olives and added mushrooms. So happy to have my own pizza when everyone else is eating theirs!
